Polite and professional! The technician who services my property never fails to ask if I have had any issues in or outside the home. After informing him (Kristian) of any problems, he Immediately locates troubled area to treat. In actuality, I have had very few of these issues. Since Arrow has been my "go to" company for pest control, regular maintenance has been consistently effective.
Anytime I have had general questions, the office personnel have responded in a polite and efficient manner as well.

All of the people I deal with, from the office staff to my exterminator (the same one for years!), are courteous, helpful and prompt. We've been with Arrow for at least 10 years and have had no problems with any insect pests. Their rates are reasonable.
