I have had the same technician, Johnny Reed, servicing my property for well over a decade. I love that he treats my home like it is his home. He is extremely hard working and very conscientious and I have 100% confidence in his work especially when I am not around. With Johnny Reed on the job, I never have to worry that the job was not done right. I am sure that other Hughes Exterminators are equally hard working but, having the consistency of Johnny Reed servicing my property every quarter, I know that he is well versed in all the nuances of the property, something other technicians would not be. I also appreciate the decisions of the management staff that has allowed for Johnny Reed to continue to be assigned to my property.
