I called in and set up my appointment. I was asked specific questions regarding which pests I was seeing, so the proper service could be provided.

He examined the areas in which I was experiencing problems.
He went to work treating the areas with several products. He explained how the treatment process worked and how I could help prevent future problems.
He thoroughly explained how each product he used worked and why multiple products were needed. He answered at least a million questions that I asked ha ha! A very knowledgeable guy.
Justin was very pleasant to deal with and you could tell he really enjoyed his job! A quality missing in a lot of company representatives these days.
