I’m a little disappointed that every 5-6 months you change technicians on me without telling me. It’s a little unnerving to be expecting someone only to find out it’s not the person you were used to seeing. Would be helpful if you alerted me when my technician was going to change ahead of time.

My technician, Tiere R., is outstanding and consistently provides a high level of customer care.He proactively reaches out to schedule service appointments and always takes the time to ask about any concerns I may be experiencing. Before beginning service, he carefully assesses the conditions around my home to ensure the treatment is tailored to any current needs.
Since I work from home, there are times when I am in meetings while Tiere is performing service. He is always considerate of my schedule and makes a point to keep me informed by texting any important updates and following up afterward with details about the service performed. His communication, professionalism and attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
Lastly, I want to recognize the efficiency and responsiveness of the office staff. The appointment reminders are extremely helpful and the ability to schedule services via email when needed is a significant time saver.
