He was respectful & got the job done quickly as possible. When I requested that he check areas of concern, he happily obliged, and sprayed those areas. Stephen the man that does my service is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Always willing to answer any questions I might have . Always explains what bug I am asking about also explains the damage that they can do. I had never seen a Palmetto bug or a silverfish until I moved to Florida was quite surprised at the damage they can do. Again I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his knowledge and his performance in keeping my house free from insects.
