You are wasting time, mine and yours. You are also, and more importantly from a business standpoint, you are wasting money. Profit. And one more thing, surveys are completely unreliable. Everyone lies.

Techs are always friendly and do thorough work. They give a courtesy call first which gives me time to corral my dogs before arrival. They take pride in their service and let me know what they have treated and any possible problem areas. They offer to repeat service if any problem arises. Great folks to work with!
