No contact necessary. Bugs not a problem except for ants.
They do a great job with inspections and communications on findings. They call to schedule inspections and stick to the agreed times or call in advance if things change. They will also follow up with service between scheduled visits if problems are noted.
James went the extra mile
That are through, when there is a problem they take the time to to find the sources and and eliminate the problem. Mr. Harbuck is an excellent service person. He is very friendly and knows his job well. Great company.
