All of my technicians have always been very conscientious regarding my home and property. They arrive on time, take care of the premises efficiently and the cost is reasonable. We like the personal attention we get when we go into the office. The response is quick and efficient. Your service representative (Dylan), who comes to the house. Always has time to tell us what he is going to do, before he starts. Dylan was at the house yesterday to treat a rather large bug, that has been visiting us on numerous occasions. The biggest is about 2inches and his friends are normally half that size. They are ugly little buggers and too much for my wife to put up with. Dylon had a spray he was using and told Jean that it does have a slight smell, but that would go soon. Simple information like that is necessary for homeowners.
As I say, pleasant people do work that they are proud of. What else does a customer want? Mind you, if these little buggers are still crawling around our house next week. I will send Jean in to let you know. Ray Lorentz.
