We have used Hughes services for at least 15 years. We love the service technicians - Nick (in PGI), and especially Manny (our favorite guy). Manny services our 8-plex property and another single-family house we own.
We use the termite agreement to prohibit both drywood and subterranean termites.
Although we do feel pesticides and herbicides are bad for our environment in Florida, we understand the necessity of spraying our properties and homes for any intrusive insects that might come indoors.
So, in general, we have been very happy with the services at Hughes Exterminators.

Thankfully, Zach is not only professional and efficient when it comes to maintaining the termite bait stations at my house, but he is detail oriented as well! He found and reported a small water leak in my crawlspace that turned out to be linked to a leaking drainage pipe in my dining room wall. In essence, Zach saved my house! I would have never discovered that leak and the damage would have ultimately destroyed the walls in my dining room and kitchen! In today’s world it’s hard to find service people who genuinely care about their customers. My experiences with Arrow have made me feel like they sincerely care.
