One negative, we have wildlife contract with Arrow. On a recent annual inspection he did not see any problems. Two weeks ago I called on a squirrel problem. The earliest time was 3 1/2 weeks later. Since the call I have found the problem (gutter spount). This problem existed during the inspection. I hear the squirrels in the gutter chewing through the fascia to get into the attic. Hopefully, they won't cause any further damage until the can be removed and the entrance sealed.
Great customer service and was able to answer any questions I had.
Josh was very professional and polite. He checked our entire 3,200 square foot home for any bugs. He left our beautiful home as clean as it was when he had begun our home inspection.

I know a little something about the damage these pests can create. I signed up with a pest control company named Five Star Pest Control, which eventually became Arrow Exterminators. I now have the latest in termite control, the Sentricon system, which protects not only my house but some of the neighborhood also. I don't worry about dangerous insects or their damage anymore.
