This is my first year, but so far I have been happy iwth the service that has been provided. I like the call the day before. I like that the tech comes to the door the day of service and asks about any particular areas of concern. If I am home, I can open the lanai so he can spray inside the screen.

I have no complaints about my service but I must say I hate losing my current exterminator. I work from home and Wesley is always courteous when he comes, in case I am in a meeting. I do not like people I have never met in my house so it would be nice to be able to meet his replacement before Wesley retires.
Danny is great. He lets me know in advance when he is coming and always listens to my concerns about bugs I may see.

Stark Exterminators provides competitively priced professional services that address all types of pests. They follow a reliable schedule and will quickly respond to questions or concerns. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. It's also easy to manage my online account. I switched from a large well known competitor to give Stark a chance and I'm glad I did.
We have Arrow service at 3 different locations. The folks have been responsive, courteous, and on time.
The only reason I did not provide a 10 for the rating, was that cost was a bit high. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Jason was on time, friendly and personable, he did a very thorough inspection of our home and treated everything we asked him to treat. Very happy we came back to Arrow.
I used another service prior, and they didn’t even spray anything. Terrible. John is so polite and friendly. He’s always on time. He goes in every room and does what he’s supposed to, as well as the yard.
