I like the personal communication with our service man, John. He's always willing to help at the last minute if I have a guest renting my house and has a bug problem. And I totally trust him to enter my property if we're not there at the time.
The man that is doing my Pest control is very helpful and professional. He made sure that I understood everything and answered all of my questions. He needs a raise and a 2 week paid vacation. He did an exceptional job!
