Stark has taken care of us for years even with the termite contract. I have no problems with pests and if I ever see something I'm concerned about I tell the technician and they take care of it. Scheduling can sometimes be difficult because of my work being random but Stark works with me.

He always asks if we have any concerns he needs to address and reminds us if a problem arises between regular service, we can call him and he will come back to take care of the problem.
