Technicians know pest control. If a treatment doesn't work, they return at no charge and use a different method. Their treatment around the perimeter of the house every quarter has made it unnecessary to treat inside the house. I have been using their services for more than a decade, and I am satisfied with the service and their concern for the environment. The office manager was our tech a few years ago, so they promote from among their field workers and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Of course, if I could get her back doing our quarterly service, I would in a heartbeat. I hear from a lot of pest control companies that want my business, some at a higher rate of cost for services, but Hughes has been meeting my needs. If you live in Florida where we have dozens of different pests, you need to maintain a regular defense against pests from a company like Hughes because they can identify the pests you have and determine the most effective treatment. Poisons and baits you buy at the store are usually ineffective, and the barriers Hughes creates will keep pests away. Give them a try.
Prompt response to concerns
Dalton is the best. He always gives me a heads up before coming to spray to check in on any issues he can address. He also chats with me before spraying, so I can make sure my dog gets to potty before he sprays the backyard. He's also very responsive when I've had an issue come up between scheduled visits. He's very polite and great at his job! I would highly recommend Nader's Pest Raiders and Dalton specifically!
