After my call to the office in Buckhead regarding a roach infestation KD from Arrow called me the same day and was out to my house the following day. He spent nearly an hour doing a thorough inspection inside and out and was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the process of treatments and also made me aware of a yellow jacket nest outside which he recommended getting rid of. He is probably one of the best service people I’ve encountered with Arrow in all the years I’ve been using them for pest control.

Todd is the absolute best! When he first called me to schedule an appointment, I told him I was canceling the service because Arrow kept switching people and no one could solve my bug issues. He asked me to give him one more shot. He came over to my home and immediately found the problem with the windows and doors. I fixed them and have had little trouble since. I think that was a least a year ago and I wouldn't think of changing. Whenever I see I bug (I am extremely scared of bugs), he always comes over within a day and does him magic. He is also so very personable and TRULY cares about my bug phobia. He not only saved the account but he's truly the best Arrow has. Please never change him. :)
