As always, Kevin is incredibly professional and friendly, asking about any prior issues we've had or currently have, if any. If there are any, he promptly takes care of them and answers any questions we have. We had carpenter bees burrowing into a column and outdoor fireplace mantle. Kevin used a product in the holes they'd dug and we haven't seen any live carpenter bees since! He knows we have dogs and ensure his products will not harm them. Kevin keeps us bug free!

We had some ants issues due to the heat and humid weather. We called to schedule service. Bradley was professional in great manner. Always take care the pest issues with no delay! Highly recommend!
I really like that you CALL me personally to schedule all events, ants, termite, inspections, THAT is why I continue to support Arrow. I dislike Orkin intensely for the reason that they schedule you without asking you even if you live 30 miles from the property that you are having serviced.

My technician for the last few years, Dustin, is great. He goes above and beyond to fix problems. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to fix my earwig infestation over the last year and a half, but it’s not for a lack of trying or effort on his part.
