My technician, Terrence, did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to address the ants. The first time he came out he did not bait in the home, only outside and sprayed inside - at my request. He told me to call back if continued to have issues, which I did. He noticed he had me on the schedule and personally called to check in and was able to fit me in a little sooner.
Not only did he fix the issue, treat me with courtesy and respect, but genuinely cared about resolving the issue as soon as possible in a way I felt comfortable with.
You are lucky to have him in your employ.
