First of all it WORKS! We never have any issues inside the house, and outside is under control as well. Plus the communication is excellent and our technician Klorissa is friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been using them for years and highly recommend them.

Friendly. They wipe down the outside of house and when those awful joro spiders are in full bloom that is a very welcome part of the quarterly service. The people that have come to my house have usually arrived early or at least during the early part of the scheduled time, which frankly is unusal for most services not just yours. So, when I say "on time" it isn't just that the person came between the hours scheduled but that they came at the beginning not the end of that range.

Hughes is great about reaching out to schedule quarterly service, I don't have to remember to call them. They will also come out if I notice anything unusual and take care of it. Everyone is helpful, respectful and friendly.
Our service reps, Zach and Jeremy, are wonderful. They are professional, answer all our questions and address all of our needs. We are continually impressed by the time they take in performing their jobs and the care they take in doing them. And, on top of that, they are friendly and engaging…. Even our puppies look forward to their visits! That are the best!!!
