Been VERY happy! I had been using another company for years, decided to try Arrow at my new home last year. Arrow calls to schedule my quarterly appointments - instead of just texting me when they've decided to come and making me reach out if I need to change it.
And they still come inside by default, when a lot of companies have stopped doing that unless you reach out to schedule an additional visit. How can they even know if I have a problem if they come, spray around outside, and leave without even talking to me or going inside?
And Arrow isn't even charging me more! Price is roughly the same.
