I've been a customer with Arrow since 2012. The techs that I've dealt with over the years were ALWAYS nice, courteous, wonderful communicators, and great customer service friendly. At anytime I've needed them after my initial 3 month treatment, they'd manage to fit me in their schedule (sometime short notice) without a problem. This company is the best and I can't say enough about how glad I had them as my pest control service.
Your techs, both Al Burnett for regular home service and recently Matthew Farleo (for termite inspection service) do an outstanding job of taking care of home treatments and inspections in a timely and thorough manner.
