Everyone is always professional and friendly. Appointments are kept and they arrive right on time in uniforms and slip-on shoe coverings if they are coming inside. They ask if there have been any insect problems before they start and then communicate their findings, if anything, afterwards. I have 5 cats and have never had a flea problem even thought they are allowed to go out on the screened pool area. I believe this is because of Hughes meticulous attention to detail and continuous monitoring of my property. Their prices are very competitive as well.
