The Technician that came to spray was very polite, courteous, considerate of our property and kind. He was also very informative and familiar when speaking about the old house we purchased. Provided us with suggestions to prevent pests from entering and made the effort to upsell his companies services. Although we declined the termite treatment upsell as we already have a contract with another vendor, your company will be shortlisted if our current termite exterminator fails to deliver. This techs name was Jacob. This guy set the standard on customer service. Great Job!!!

Arrow answers the phone with a live person who is knowledgeable and professional. Arrow listens to insure they get the correct person out to service whatever issue you are encountering. My favorite thing about Arrow no bugs inside my home no ants, roaches, spiders, etc. due to effectively treating our property.
