My exterminator was only 10 minutes late, but he called before my appointment time to let me know that he was running just a little late. It's nice not to worry about bugs. If I do have a problem it's taken care of.

I’m a little disappointed that every 5-6 months you change technicians on me without telling me. It’s a little unnerving to be expecting someone only to find out it’s not the person you were used to seeing. Would be helpful if you alerted me when my technician was going to change ahead of time.
