There was miscommunication with Arrow's employee that came to do pest control at my house. He told me "we no longer do the inside as before where we sprayed the walls". But he didn't explain the new method that Arrow uses to protect the interior of the house. Obviously, it's not what my friend that recommended them experiences in his residence.
Having a big backyard, visited by deer, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, etc., I need absolute protection inside and outside my home. Arrow should better explain their services so that customers from other states understand what is being offered different from what is standard in the state one left. Not only did my pest control company sprayed inside and outside around the house, also the front and back yards to eliminate all plagues.
