The associates are friendly, but professional, and they're thorough when it comes to spraying around the home for bugs, addressing problem areas,.and offering suggestions and feedback about things they notice that we, the homeowners, can do to further decrease any bugs in the home. Even though it's something that I don't think I've needed to use, yet, I like that they have the policy that they will come back out, and spray around the home again, if we spot an unusual amount of bug activity.
