I really enjoy the weekly recipes and have made a couple of them already. I feel stronger already and am only a few weeks in. The 20 minute sessions are great. It allows me to still fit other things into the day. The high intensity makes the 20 minutes really count. While it is intense, it isn’t so intense that you fail or get intimidated. Stephanie has been amazing!

The personal attention to make sure I am doing exercises correctly. They make sure you are not hurting youself by over doing exercise. I leave there and I know I have worked out but not to the point of aching. Four months of working out helped me get through a kidney transplant.
