Short workout that is getting results, consistently great experience with all 4 coaches that I have worked with (so far), clean facility.
I like the convenience to my house of the Countryside Village Exercise Coach and the results I am seeing (increased strength and muscle toning) I have seen with just 2 workouts/week.
My only suggestion would be to have slightly later training hours available on a Saturday.
I like the staff and tgat there’s always someone available to help if I have a question. I like how the machines keep track of progress so I don’t have to keep a log.
Wonderful, caring trainers who make sure you are doing the exercises with the equipment correctly.
