I joined just over a month ago, I am at the age where I need to work on balance and strength, yes, I could of joined a regular gym, I would not know what apparatus I should work on.
These friendly people they concentrate on you and as I said, encouraging you to reach that goal.

Personalize. Very knowledgeable and well trained coaches. I go to the Livermore branch and I’ve had great coaches like Aidan , Carmina and Jack to name a few. Only draw back is the turnover of coaches. Overall it is an excellent place together a great workout for seniors like me.. Thank you!
I like the coaches. I like the one-on-one instruction and feedback. I like being able to see a comparison of my progress for my current workout to previous workouts. I appreciate the fact that I can complete a workout in 20 minutes.

Although it is hard work to get stronger over time, I very much look forward to coming to the Exercise Coach because I know my progress is monitored and encouraged every visit. The coaches don't assume you already know how to exert the right kind of effort each time and each exercise. They remind you of the best posture for the work you are doing and cheer you on. In addition, the Exercise Coach studio has become a place of community for me. I have made new friends there with the people who show up each time. The coaches and the clients are very friendly, caring, and fun people. I don't need to be motivated to come each time. Instead I look forward to it!

One on one personal training
I love the short 20 minute workouts twice a week, I've been going almost 6 months and I'm definitely feeling the difference.
But mostly, I love the people that work there. They are all so friendly ,so accommodating and just a pleasure to work with.
The Exercise Coach is a clean and bright space with very friendly staff. The trainer's are very knowledgeable making me comfortable that I am getting a safe and effective workout.
I enjoy the flexibility of being able to set my own workout schedule. The staff is super friendly and attentive ,but not pushy or too intense. Great 20 minute gym experience.

I love the individual training. I do not feel self conscious or intimidated. The coaches are great, especially Ryan. He motivates me. I love the 20 minute time. I love getting stronger!
