The workout is nothing like I've ever done. You have a personal coach every workout. The equipment is awesome. It really works your muscles like nothing I've ever experienced before. You can definitely feel it working your muscles. I highly recommend trying this gym. Breyden and Ubong are the best coaches! Love this gym!

I like the peacefulness, the trainers and the assistance they give. AJ is usually my trainer and he is thoughtful and patient.
I like that the equipment 'knows' your strength history and challenges you appropriately. Strength training for older people, if not done carefully, often results in injuries that interfere with trying to exercise. I like the one-on-one coaching I get at the E.C. and the high level concern for my well-being. After some time, I have gotten to know the folks that work at E.C. and they are wonderful upbeat people that are pleasure to be around.

Knowledgeable, experienced, supportive, personable trainers. Positively flexible with schedule changes (illness, travel) and with the ups and downs of my energy level or injury status during the 1:1, 30 minute personalized sessions. Strength training is so, so important - at any age - and it has made a noticeable difference in my muscle tone (confirmed with data from each/all session’s computerized measurements right before my eyes), and with my speedy recovery/rehab from unexpected surgeries.
