The graphic record and ability to monitor the progress (or lack of it) on each machine is very helpful and encouraging. The individual coaching by the staff is also very helpful.
I love the coaching. Amy and Mark are encouraging and knowledgeable. They quickly adjust the machines or alter the exercises if needed. I leave feeling like I had a complete workout and it only took about 20 minutes. I am encouraged by the results of this program.
