Staff is friendly, professional & very encouraging. Studio is clean, equipment is well maintained. Certain equipment displays historical performance which is useful for tracking progress or maintenance. Exercise routines are tracked each session to rotate focus on various capabilities and strengthening. These types oi exercises (featuring weight, resistance & flexibility) are frequently noted in health publications as very important especially for seniors.

I have been going to the Exercise Coach for almost 5 years. It is a part of my life and it is part of my Strength building. I travel a lot and I am strong and able to tackle hikes and climbs and long walks no worries.

The Exercise Coach membership is one of the best things I've given myself in years. At nearly 72 I'm lifting more than I ever have, making extraordinary progress, something that I never was able to achieve at my "regular" gym. I spend only 20 minutes per day, 3 days per week. The coaches are all so encouraging and kind. That personal touch is so welcome, and keeps me on track. I've had personal trainers before--also at the "regular" gym. They spent more time checking their phones than working on my performance. At the Exercise Coach I want to do well because I get so much encouragement. After my first couple of months, I signed up my husband. Now we're both benefitting from all the good stuff the Exercise Coach provides. I simply can't recommend it highly enough.
