What do you like about our studio?

I like the fact that everyone is supervised...unless one is very accustomed to the type of workout received at The Exercise Coach, it would be very easy to slack off! I also like getting pep talks from those helping me. I like the fact that the space is NOT overcrowded & that all members seem to be very focused on their regimen.

What do you like about our studio?

Professional, friendly and pleasant and clean facilities. Staff is exceptional. I have been coming for a short time and already seeing positive results.

What do you like about our studio?

The routines created by Calla and the team, have done wonders for my " tender" areas.

What do you like about our studio?

Having the camaraderie and the coaches support, positive and upbeat attitude, and personality give me the extra mental strength to power through. Also, I appreciate that Daniel reached out to me to keep me consistent with my sessions when I didn’t show up for a few days.
The wonderful coaches are the biggest draw for why I recommend the studio! Also, I love that I get a full weightlifting session and only 20 minutes. Fast and efficient.

What do you like about our studio?

The coaches are excellent encouragers. I am not there for a comfortable 20 minute workout and then leave. I am there to push really hard, see significant gains, and improve myself as much as possible. So having truly encouraging coaches like Carlos, Jacob, Joel, and Cheryl help me attain better results than I thought was possible for me.
When people ask about my weight loss, I tell them about The Exercise Coach— but no one responds like they have ever heard of y’all. So at Parkland Hospital, your name is not on many people‘s minds. A week does not go by where I do not mention The Exercise Coach.
