I like the fact that everyone is supervised...unless one is very accustomed to the type of workout received at The Exercise Coach, it would be very easy to slack off! I also like getting pep talks from those helping me. I like the fact that the space is NOT overcrowded & that all members seem to be very focused on their regimen.
