The quality of the trainers is crucial - they must not only know the kinesiology, they have to be great with the customers. Some are more chatty than others; you gotta read and react, and sustain it for a long relationship. Steve and Sophia are terrific at that.

All the coaches that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is always clean. The workouts are always different and challenging. The owner of the studio is always helpful and really motivates you to get stronger in your workouts. I would recommend this studio to everyone I know.
All of the trainers are all so friendly and encouraging, and I appreciate that they work in rotation so we have the benefit of experiencing their individual personalities. It makes the sessions fly by, and after a year of consistent training I can tell a dramatic improvement in my physical appearance, strength and self image. I truly look forward to each session.
Machines and various exercises performed using them keep me engaged and strive for improvement. The staff is awesome in support, encouragement and personalizing exercises for my needs. When I had elbow pain, Mark adjusted exercises to strengthen muscle in a different way and I was able to keep my progress going!

This is the only type of strength training I have stuck with in my entire life. I enjoy the following: 1) highly personalized work-out plans with clear goals delivered by knowledgable, wonderful staff; 2) being able to view progress; 3) the time to benefit ratio (I'm definitely building strength but it isn't taking hours at the gym); 4) the environment (it's social without being a gym-bro hangout). Sheri and her entire staff are THE BEST!!!
