I've been a regular gym-goer for 40 years, and I was skeptical that a 20-minute workout could really be enough. But the technology of the machines are genuinely different. I think it is working since the muscles worked are sore on day two. Trainers are nice. I like the instant feed back and the progress reports that the video monitors provide. 20 minutes well spent (30 minutes if you include the cardio recovery)
