The product did not leave a residue that needed to be vacuumed, nor did it stiffen the knap on the carpet. Service was wonderful and the technician was an excellent representative for the company. Thank you!!!

Although it takes longer then the 5 hrs I am told the carpets will take to dry I know they are very clean and it's worth the wait. Also areas where I thought stains would be difficult to get out came out very clean.
