The young gentleman didn't have a small clean-up job, even though it was only the carpet in my small living room. My dog had completely inundated the whole carpet area the week before, from being very sick. The carpet was badly stained and the smell was nauseating. Zerorez came out on literally a moments notice, on a Saturday to do this for me. The technician used a pre-soak and enzyme treatment over each of the bad areas, and was very thorough. Unfortunately not every stain was removed in it's entirety,but he was able to remove about 98% of these horrendous stains! The carpet is wonderful, and the smell is completely gone. He truly did a great job, in spite of some spots not being able to be removed completely. I would call on this company again, in the future and I will most definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for carpet cleaners. Very professional and courteous. He let me know of potential problems prior to beginning, and also the guarantee associated with the work. I am one happy customer! Thank you, Michelle
