It's always about the technician. Your cleaning process is above reproach. My tech Leileena, was amazing. Hardest worker I've ever had shampoo my carpets, area rugs and sectional.
She had an amazing attitude, worked as hard if not harder than any of my previous tech's and she did an amazing job on a big project. She should get a raise, 5 stars all the way around with a 10 best rating. I wish I had 10 Leileena's working for me.

I like that the cleaning product used is non-toxic. Orange peels, which are also supposed to be anti cancer. Jeff did a great job for us and the carpets look great! 😊
