My carpets were thoroughly cleaned. Stubborn spots were gone, including dark walking patterns my shoes made from the hot asphalt where my car is parked. The technician was very nice and attentive.
I really like that the cleaning process only uses water. I prefer not to introduce chemicals into my home whenever possible. And it works! When the tech showed me my partially cleaned area rug the difference was amazing. It was far dirtier than I realized. The tech was friendly, professional and easy to work with.
