The technician did a fantastic job on the bedroom carpet. Only thing I have to complain about is that I was quoted a price of $105 and was charged $180. The mix up with the dates has me concerned and also I had a coupon for $30 off my next cleaning which would of been Friday, June 5th, your mistake not mine as I had to cancel the May 29th date and then I rebooked The June 5th cleaning for Saturday June 6th. Tyler and his associate were excellent in keeping me informed as to what they could do to help clean my carpet, along with keeping it easier to remain stain resistant to future accidents with my two older dogs.
