Our carpet looked extremely clean after Waylon very meticulously worked on it and a couple of stained spots! He was very accommodating, polite, cordial, and very concerned to meet our needs. I will definitely return to Zerorez for our next cleaning needs and will request Waylon!!
Recently, our dog was very sick, and threw up and urinated all over the living room and hallway carpet. Even though I tried to treat the spots and stains with a enzyme cleaner, the spots were not coming up. Jeff worked very hard to get the 30 year old cream colored carpet as clean as he could. It looks and smells much better !
