My 22 year old carpet looks great and James Bowens, the gentleman who cleaned them was wonderful! He was courteous, polite and very efficient. He patiently answered all my questions and was in and out in a short amount of time. I have always called Zerorez and always will, it's always a good experience, the service and products used work great and people like James make everything just perfect.
