We hired Zerorez after they gave us the most amazing quote. The quote was so much lower than anyone else in town. They rep was kind, understanding and respectful of our church and budget.
The area they cleaned had never been cleaned since it was placed. There were so many spots and gummy items stuck in the carpet. They removed it all and got it clean in under 2 hours.

Jacob was fantastic. He explained everything really well and was friendly. He had a trainee (Zane) with him. He did a great job as well. They took care in bringing in the equipment and we would definitely recommend and have them back next. The carpet looks fantastic and everything smells great. He had to do some odor and stain treatment. Smells fresh and clean!
