I liked the original three-room deal and the technician did a nice job for me. I didn't like that the add-ons (such as the staircase) cost almost as much as the deal itself, and with the odor protection, I ended up paying $300 instead of $109. A lot of bait-and-switch going on with your pricing.

It was really easy to make a convenient appointment. The carpet cleaning is always great. We had a pet accident area that needed extra care. Our carpet tech did a wonderful job with it! The carpet dried quickly, looks great, and smells clean!
My carpet looked much cleaner than other times when cleaned. Spots came out. My carpet is about 25 years old and looks better than newer carpets.
Tyler was fantastic. He was very conscientious and said would try his best. I believe he did better than that. If all your technicians are like him you have wonderful workforce. He felt bad because his truck overheated.
He got out spots that I had given up on. And made travel trails look better. I appreciate how hard he worked. My carpet needed help and he helped it a lot. My house will look great when goes on Market.

Guy called that he was on the way to do my carpets , I liked that his equipment was all in the truck and he didn’t need to fill a machine or drain it in my bathtub when he was done. I was surprised that he was the only person to do the four rooms but he got right on it and was done in less than an hour. He removed spots that I couldn’t get out and my carpets look great! Guy was friendly and respectful and he shook my hand when I thanked him for a beautiful job! What a nice guy.

When calling to schedule, a person answered quickly and she talked through the options and set expectations of how the appointment would go. Once the gentleman arrived to our place he was supper informative on what was needed as we were adding the pet protection. They were quick and our carpets looked and smelled great. We also appreciated that it came with a guarantee if we didn’t like it or the place we were moving out of said they were not happy, Zerorez would come back out at no charge.
