We love ZeroRez! The technicians are great and always so friendly. Only complaint- the last few times we've had you guys out, I've had to call and request for a follow up appointment due to dirty water lines being left throughout the house. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything has been wonderful.

Your technician was very polite and on task. I appreciate how he explained everything well. When checking out he tried a couple times to send me a link to pay. I never received that. He had to use his own phone. This could be improved. I would rather pay to the web site on my own.

Jonathan our technician who cleaned our duct work was great! He walked me through the process and showed me his progress as he worked. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I’d recommend getting your duct work cleaned after a renovation and if your new home is an older home.
