The flooring is very clean and refreshed. The are rug is very refreshed and dog odor from urine is gone. Madison was very though and did the job right. She made sure to get the carpet and floor as clean as she could. She made sure to protect my furniture so the hose didn’t do any damage. I love you guys doing it, cause it smells good, that last time I had my carpet cleaned, it really stunk like a dog went to the bathroom.i had to shampoo it myself just get rid of that smell.

The Zero service and cleaning is outstanding! The technician called 20 min before he arrived, looked at and measured the area to be cleaned, and gave me the exact amount it would cost.

When he finished , my carpet looked like new. Whatever Zero's formula for cleaning is, it does not leave a wet or soapy film behind.
