Time will tell about the product, but it looks very very good now. What I can comment on was the service...It was excellent. The tech was very neat, and conveyed a professional image that was also very friendly and enjoyable.
I have an off white carpet with two yellow labs, the carpet is 13 years old, and looks great, the guys were very professional, and careful with furniture. It went faster than I expected. We never walked on it till the next morning making sure it was dry. Looks great and also has a thick springy feel. I thought you would be able to see some of the normal walking patterns, but there gone, great job. I would highly recomment you. candy & steve seigle

The representative who came to my house was extremely professional, worked quickly and efficiently and offered products without being pushy. We had stained carpets in a house we will be moving into and a really odd smell in the laundry room. Cannot afford new carpeting right now, so just trying to get it as clean as possible and get it sanitary. Felt like he did a great job and got the smell out of the laundry area by steam cleaning the tile and spraying some type of sealant on the tile (I think). Whatever he did, it now smells much better and I feel I can walk barefoot on the carpet. Wish I could have had all of the tile cleaned, but maybe another time. You have a very nice young man there!
The person who came out to clean our carpet was very professional and friendly. The result of the carpet cleaning was AMAZING! Our 18 year old carpet looks great. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet once our son went to college. Years of having loads of kids in/out of our basement for years, spilling Gatorade and soda left tons of stains. Zerorez was a miracle worker! The carpet is still good to go for a couple years at least.

The carpets dry in six to eight hours as promised. I will never use another carpet cleaning service ever. ZeroreZ has our business as long as we have carpets to be cleaned.
