Our Tech was the most helpful and friendly guy. he really went out of the way to do the very best job. he even put his hoses away and then brought them all back in when I added areas to clean. Very nice of him. his name is Tyler.
we have a room where our dogs lay and it smelled like a kennel. We had the carpets cleaned twice and still smelled bad so called Zeroez and it smells better but still smells a bit like dogs. Our dogs did a good job of leaving their smell after laying on them.
