Service was excellent. Everything from scheduling, confirming, updating when arrival would be (which was accurate), being told the name of the employee, etc. Two guys showed up, explained things well, got right to work and did an excellent job.

My only critique is the radio is advertising you guys to be sponsors of the Team Gleason project to help raise awareness and money to fight a.l.s. The disease Steve Gleason is personally fighting for his life with. A couple of things: you will gain trust with your clients if your doing what you say. The Patchin, Lukens and Oso sports show, with Lukens doing most of the ads for zero rez, says your team would be wearing something to show support for team Gleason. I saw nothing to indicate that support. Also, hand something to your clients that articulates this support. The world is becoming more and more community and socially centered. It would benefit your company to prove what your advertising says your doing. Honesty builds trust forever. Be Blessed!

The carpet feels clean. It had been 3 years since I had it done by Zerorez and it stayed looking and feeling clean. It dried fast so I could put chairs back the same day. The product smelled good--not like chemicals. Thank you.

The carpets came out very clean
Polite technician, wears booties, carpets get very clean and smell fresh. My tech was very friendly, only issue was I wish he would of let me know about the price of the extra costs for stain removal and stain guard protection before the end of the job, so the final price would not have been as surprising. The only amount I was told about was the per room price. Other wise he went above what was expected to try to remove some make up stains my daughter made in the carpet. Over all I am very satisfied and will be calling in the future for more service!
