The two times I have used zerorez, the people are the most impressive. I am not at all apprehensive about having them in my house. They are nice, up-front with what they can and cannot do, they help you understand the process and how much it will cost, how long it will take and they seem to really care about doing a good job. The office staff was also very accommodating to my schedule. As far as the carpets, they look great and I will definitely be using Zerorez again.
