The technician, Ryan Morris, was excellent. Not only did he explain everything but went on to let us know how each product reacts and also what to expect after the carpet dried. He got out years-old rust where a metal based table had set for 3 years and a traffic pattern created by an elderly ill gentleman who had some "problems." The before and after pictures were incredible.

Any way, I could go on and on about the job Ryan did for us but it would get pretty boring. He's terrific. Who do I talk to to get that man a raise??? And yes I would recommend your company to anyone at anytime!
