Your representative was hard-working, friendly, & professional. Our carpet looks clean & fresh, except for a few traffic areas which lightened up but did not go away completely. I like the fact that no soap/detergent products are used in the cleaning process.

My husband and I just bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. We are new to the area and weren't sure which company to choose. Several co-workers recommended that we look into using Zerorez. We chose Zerorez based on the user friendly website and the value of the service based on the estimate that we received. The technician took great care of our home while working, like using corner protectors and wearing booties. The technician was friendly, helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. He used a black light to reveal hidden stains/areas needing special attention and was honest about the cost in treating those areas. He took the time to ask questions about our home and our needs, tailored the products he was using based on that discussion, and then walked me through the process that he would use. He even gave suggestions on how to maintain our carpet in the future. I am very happy with the service that was provided.

First - No chemicals are used. Second - Zerorez has always left my carpets feeling like they have been cleaned. Third - The Techs are always professional and friendly.

Having said all that --- This time I was surprised at the amount of time it took for the carpets to dry. Always in the past, if I have carpets cleaned on Wednesday morning then I am able to put my house back together by Thursday morning, and certainly walk on them Wed eve. This time, carpets cleaned on Wednesday morning and still very wet that eve. Windows full of condensation Thursday morning. Did not feel carpets dry enough until Friday afternoon.

I like tht the spots won't reappear due to fact that there are no soaps used. James, the service-man that did my carpets was really great too. :)

On time, clean cut serviceman, didn't try to hard up sale, smelled fresh and clean when done, my carpets look new...better than I thought they would come out!

The service man was profession, polite, timely, and efficient. The carpets were cleaned quickly with no additional mess. Most of the carpet dried within 6 hrs with furniture returned to it original place by the next day (by my choice). Carpets were smooth following drying and did not need additional vaccuming to soften the carpet surface. Thank you
