Complaint: We were told more than once on the phone that someone would call us near or on the date with a more definite time of arrival. No one did. A 4-hour window is too long when everything is off the carpeted floors and you can't do anything.

Enjoyed watching your technicians and they were very good at sharing their expertise with me. I was a little disappointed in the cleaning of my furnace, $65.00 seemed a bit steep for what they did. However their work on my ducts was quite a bit more then they had anticipated and my heating system works better than ever before. Over all I am very pleased.

I appreciated the fellow who cleaned my carpet for his polite, confident demeanor. I felt he did a very thorough job. I appreciated him explaining that the spot in front of my husband's chair stood out more because the fibers were worn than because they were dirty. Excessive scrubbing would only wear down the fibers more. I was expecting to get 2 rooms cleaned, but for less than $10 more, I got the third room cleaned, too. The carpet took longer than 4 hours to dry--more like 8 hours before we put the place back together. We waited until the next morning to put down the chair mat. Carpet looks and feels great.
