Technician was timely and professional. I also liked that you could book on-line. I was very pleased with the entire service.
If I had one complaint it would be that the windows to book on-line looked like 2 hour windows in reality it was 4 hours. I called the office after I received my email confirmation and she explained it was a glitch in the system. It is a 4 hour window. She accommodated my schedule so it all turned out great.

The service is outstanding. Shane was a pleasure to work with, professional, efficient, courteous. I like the products Zerorez uses, leaves a fresh clean look and smell. dries fast. We have use Zerorez several times in the past, in my opinion we are charges a bit much for each bedroom considering all they do is the walk through area as we do not take out any bedroom furniture.
