The young gentleman didn't have a small clean-up job, even though it was only the carpet in my small living room. My dog had completely inundated the whole carpet area the week before, from being very sick. The carpet was badly stained and the smell was nauseating. Zerorez came out on literally a moments notice, on a Saturday to do this for me. The technician used a pre-soak and enzyme treatment over each of the bad areas, and was very thorough. Unfortunately not every stain was removed in it's entirety,but he was able to remove about 98% of these horrendous stains! The carpet is wonderful, and the smell is completely gone. He truly did a great job, in spite of some spots not being able to be removed completely. I would call on this company again, in the future and I will most definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for carpet cleaners. Very professional and courteous. I thought the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They were right on time and I thought they finished in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very careful while moving a ladder from room to room to not hit any walls or do any other damage.

Time will tell about the product, but it looks very very good now. What I can comment on was the service...It was excellent. The tech was very neat, and conveyed a professional image that was also very friendly and enjoyable.

I have an off white carpet with two yellow labs, the carpet is 13 years old, and looks great, the guys were very professional, and careful with furniture. It went faster than I expected. We never walked on it till the next morning making sure it was dry. Looks great and also has a thick springy feel.
