The customer care before and after are top-notch. I have to say that James, the serviceman was exemplary (I had never met/heard of James before). For a young man he is clean cut, very well-spoken and thorough in his introduction and explanations. Being a retired psychologist I am a fair judge of character and I would not have felt uncomfortable leaving him in the house working, something I am otherwise unlikely to do. Additionally, he did not try to "up-sell" me. I probably would have stopped listening at that point. But when he came back to show me the success in removing some stubborn animal stains and how to treat them in the future he mentioned the difference in future stain issues with/without the protective treatment. I purchased the protective treatment I otherwise wasn't planning to buy. He also took the time to show me two areas where we had caused fiber damage working on stains and how to clean them without detergents and rubbing. I have no doubt I will use your company in the future and recommend them with confidence. It was our neighbors, Jan Atchley, that recommended you to us in the first place!
