Great customer service!! Not only was the person who set up my appointment wonderful, but the technician was awesome. He did such a great job and was so nice. I did not expect such a great experience because of how the customer service was from the place that cleaned my carpets last. Would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend it to everyone. Carpets are cleaned and spots removed without excess water, soaps, and cleaning solvents and leaves the carpet soft. I have hired carpet cleaning on two homes with different carpet types and both times the service was prompt and the technicians were polite and experienced at their job.
