The commercial reps who came out to estimate, and both of the technicians that completed our job were so friendly and accomodating. They were very thorough and obviously took pride in their work. We are especially impressed with how clean they were able to get our tiled public restroom areas. The grout literally changed from black to white!
The solution left a pleasant light citrus scent as it dried.
The cost to complete our office was also quite reasonable, and carpet protectant was included in the estimate, not an add-on.
