I have used Zerorez exclusively for 8-9 years now for our rentals. I like the fact that the process leaves no residue to collect dirt, that it cleans much better than the standard shampoo job, and Zerorez guarantees customer satisfaction. They have returned at no charge to clean again a couple of times to bring the best end result. I have recommended them to friends for years and will continue to do so.
Both James and Tyler did a great job at this last unit, which was really dirty. I'll be using Zerorez again soon.

The products seems to work pretty good. Only time will tell if the protector was worth the money spent. The guy that came to do the cleaning was very friendly and worked well in our home.
