Complaint: We were told more than once on the phone that someone would call us near or on the date with a more definite time of arrival. No one did. A 4-hour window is too long when everything is off the carpeted floors and you can't do anything.

Enjoyed watching your technicians and they were very good at sharing their expertise with me. I was a little disappointed in the cleaning of my furnace, $65.00 seemed a bit steep for what they did. However their work on my ducts was quite a bit more then they had anticipated and my heating system works better than ever before. Over all I am very pleased.

The gentleman that serviced my home was prompt, polite and did an excellent job! His name was Cameron. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Carpets and furniture dry quickly and come out bright and clean. They also cover their shoes when entering the house.
