I was impressed by the service, from the ease of making an appointment, a call to let me know when the technician was on his way would arrive within 15 minutes and the outcome of the cleaning when he was finished. Everything looked great!

Loved everything about it other than the service guy getting the wrong address. Appointment was to be at 9:30. Got a call from the office letting me know traffic is holding the guy up and will be there at 10:15. I got a call from tech at 10:20 telling me he's lost wanted to confirm my address. Asked him where he was by albi. I told him location was by manito. He was given an address by Albi but service was due up on the south hill by manito. So he arrived about 11. Other than that everything else went well
