Your products are great but even better are your technicians!! Josh did our carpets about a month ago and we had him back to do our grout. Shortly into the cleaning the pump on his truck broke and he had to have another tech and truck come to finish the job. My whole point to this is I didn't think Josh could have given better customer service than he did when he cleaned our carpets but he totally outdid himself when we had the issues he did. He could not have treated us any better or anymore fairly!!!! I said it before and I'll say it again, you're very, very fortunate to have Josh as an employee!!! Please tell him "thank you" again for his outstanding service!!!!!!!! We'll be asking for him from now on!! With the combination of your products and employees like Josh your business will be extremely successful!!!

The tech, Chase, did a great job explaining in detail about Zerorez, how its products worked, how it protected your carpets, and how long it would be for the carpets to dry. The carpet looks great after it had dried. We are real pleased with the way the carpet looks and that any stains that we had are gone. Once again Chase did a great job and we are pleased that we had Zerorez do our carpets!

I had scheduling challenges with me working and being away from the home but the tech and staff were amendable to working with me to enter my home with my verbal permission (trust issue), do the walk around/inspect, call me with assessment and for taking my payment over the phone.

Also, I forgot to mention Rick and Teresa Lukins (referral) so I could get a discount so I dont know if its too late for that now. Regardless, I am very pleased the service and result. This is the 2nd time I have used this company.

The service provider arrived on time. The carpet looks and smells clean, traffic areas no longer show, carpet dried quickly. I believe you use "green" technology, not certain, but I prefer that. Love that there's no soap residue to attract dirt.

The fact that my daughters room smells clean and I know it was cleaned I saw the junk coming up. Pet odors that was there before weoved in are gone and it's wonderful having peace of mind that my children will be sleeping in a clean room without those harmful odors.

How quickly it was done.

The carpet and couch were very very dirty (dog and toddler!), and the couch looks almost new! The carpet still has some stains, but he tried very hard to get them out!

The carpets turned out so much brighter, and some really tough stains were able to be removed!

The technician was right on time and put on shoe booties upon entering my home. From then on he explained carpet facts and exactly what he was going to do. He listened to me and what I wanted. The carpet looks fantastic and I'm very pleased with Zerorex and there professional manner and willingness to satisfy.

The response to my service request was immediate i.e. same day service. Chris, the service man who came to do the work was well qualified and managed the project very efficiently. When the need for carpet cleaning arises again, we will certainly use Zerorez again. Also, your advertising is effective because that is what caused me to make the first scheduling call to Zerorez!
